The video i chose uses Ipods in the classroom. This particualr teacher loves the Ipods for so many reasons, and it is also an up to date piece of equipment that mostly all students have. This specific teacher uses the Ipods to relaying messages from herself to another parent, it is so much easier than trying to write it down and the messages are saved in a reliable place that can be accessed at anytime. She uses them for teaching as well, she can upload educational videos that the students can watch on thier own time, anytime which means they can somewhat teach themselfs, and that is extremely benefical for the students and teacher. She also has a good amount of deaf students in her class, so when they are reading a story or teaching a lesson and the parent wants to go over what they have learned with thier child they sometimes dont know the signs to use, so the teacher will video tape the readings and the lessons showing the signs first hand and it makes it alot easier for the parents to copy, instead of trying to figure out the signs from a piece of paper that can be very confusing for both parent and student.
